Hello Rajahpriya,
It's very nice to see your dream of doing your MS abroad. With scholarship too. Well it's not difficult at all. First of all you must get more than 80% as you have stated in your graduation exam. Scholarships are not granted on a regular basis but on selectively. Don't depend on it. There is still time for it.

Normally, students looking for admission into M.Tech have to appear for a qualifying examination, however, there are a few colleges which offer admission into their M.Tech programs through marks obtained in their B.Sc. and school level examinations. Environmental engineering has immense scope in India for professionals who are qualified in chemical, biological, thermal, radioactive or even mechanical engineering as environmental engineering is a diverse field and requires people from diverse background. Moreover, professionals from process engineering, environmental chemistry, water and sewage treatment, waste reduction management, pollution prevention, etc. are required in large numbers.
