 Hi, TS LAWCET 2025 counselling is tentatively scheduled for the fourth week of July 2025.Official notification for exact dates will be released on the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) website. Keep visiting the official website for timely updates. Counselling will be conducted online, and candidates will need to register, verify documents, and participate in seat allocation. Thanks.

The candidates can choose preferred electives in the first and second semester of the course. In the first semester, one elective has to be selected. While in the second semester, candidates can choose four electives. No, a background in environmental Science is not mandatory. However, having an interest or prior knowledge in environmental issues can be beneficial.

No, you cannot simply apply for a Diploma in Environmental Law right after completing class 12th standard, unless you have completed a bachelor’s degree in law. Since most Diploma programs in Environmental Law are PG level, so this implies that they only accept students who have completed high school education and possess a bachelor’s degree qualification.

The main purpose of Environmental Law is to help protect the environment as well as human health. These laws help the future generations to save the environment and natural heritage. Since these laws are enforced by the government through Acts and other rules, the government has delegated the power to the concerned authorities to impose fines for violation of law and issue licenses with respect to environmental activities.
