You may apply any of the Central or State Universities for distance courses as they have confirmed validity of your degree. As the degree from some of the Private Universities may or may not be considered valid unless they have UGC or Distance Council approval in that specific academia years.

No, VIT as of now does not offer a B.Sc in Environmental Science under their undergraduate program.

Yes, B.Sc in Environmental Science graduates have plenty of job opportunities now and as you see there is a big need to make the environment clean and only these graduates can do it thus it has a good scope.
