No institution is a bad or better one. It depends on study environment and exposure and this institution is goid in these aspects. Thing is the environment there must be working to you then it will surely be best for you.

It is indeed heartening to know that in spite of doing your B-Tech, you are interested in pursuing a career in environment sciences. Yes, you can definitely do this PG course and I am sure it will fetch you good dividends. As we in India progress, awareness about environment is increasing and government too is making rules to protect environment. Hence, there is bound to be tremendous scope for specialists in this field.

The eligibility is that the student should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Science Stream. No minimum required percentage for B.Sc in Environmental science has been mentioned by the college so far.

Your percentage is very low to apply. OBC category wise also it is considered low. 70% is a bit Okay.
