I think you can for more details please refer to particular college website and you can also check in shiksha for that purpose it shows the courses available in a particular college where you can check the prerequisites of the biotechnology course.

Hi Giri,
School of Distance Education-Andhra University provides various Certificate courses, Diploma courses, PG Diploma Courses, graduation and profession courses as well.
As per the information provided by the university, PG Diploma in Environmental Studies charges fee for Rs. 3,300/- for a duration of 1 year. It is an English medium course and provides Distance/Correspondence degree.
The eligibility is to be a graduate.
