Supposing that you are an Indian, there's a vast scope for Environmental Science graduates. I have listed some of them.
1. Preference is given to Environmental Science Postgraduates in Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)/State PCBs for the post of Assistant Environmental Officers.
6 of my seniors are selected for this job.
2. As Environmental Officer in industries (Effluent Treatment Plants ETP). With a good salary after some experience.
3. Jobs in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) in municipalities.
4. You can start your own Environmental Consultancy Services with relevant advisors.

Absolutely yes!
For getting admission in MSc Environmental Science, you need to score more than 50% in your graduation. However, if you are SC/ST you need 45% aggregate in graduation. But your subjects in graduation should consists the subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental etc.
So, yes, you are eligible.
