Yes, you can do. The eligibility criteria of LLB (3 Years) course is given below. Education qualification: Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent. 5% of marks are relax able to reserved category candidates. The admission in LLB are based on Entrance test conducted by University/College or ISAT.

You can write the GATE exam after completing your B.Tech in chemical engineering from any engineering college. Even you can apply for the GATE examination in your final year of graduation. Best of luck.
