The total number of vacancies notified in IES 2023 exam notification was 327. It was the highest in recent years. There are chances of increasing the number of IES vacancies after the announcement of final results. The Union Public Service Commission notified 232 vacancies for the Engineering Service Exam 2025. The Commission did not mention the post-wise vacancies for the candidates. The number of IES vacancies are tentative only and can be change before the final result. The Commission accept the vacancy requisition from the concerned departments till the IES prelims exam that is till February 9 which means that the Commission will accept the requisitions from the departments till the mentioned date.
