No, there is no percentage criteria. After clearing ESE you can get CPWD.

You should prepare for ESE it is best of all. it is a dream job means it gives you power, paisa, gravity .engineering services is a exam for gazetted officer posts hence to make life a you think do hard work. and get it

Any Engineering or engineering equivalent graduates can apply for IES Exam. Students in their final year can also apply for IES. Minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum 30 years. This is for general category. For full details you may visit-
