Ethical hacking is part of cyber security domain. Salary can be very good if you learn the subject well. For salary details you can refer to any portal such as http://www.payscale.com and look for IT Security skill. In cyber security most of the employers are looking for practical experience and not just some certification with the theoretical knowledge only.
