CEH stands for Certified Ethical Hacking course which covers the basics if hacking. CCNA, CCNP and CISSP are CISCO certified networking courses which covers knowledge of working of networks and functioning of routers. These information is also necessary for hacking. So, you can consider these courses as interconnected.
