Wherever there is use of information technology, there is need for cyber security. Apart from India, you can explore opportunities in Americas, Europe, Australia, Japan, Asia Pacific and many more countries.
Ethical hacking is basically about learning how to find security vulnerabilities in IT systems. If you want to learn cyber security you can enroll for any of the good cyber security training programs e.g. https://andyinfosec.com or www.cssrl.in. The training is possible in regular classroom or in online mode. The career options in the field of cyber security are growing a lot these days.

Hello Anandu,
CEH stands for Certified Ethical Hacking course which covers the basics if hacking. CCNA, CCNP and CISSP are CISCO certified networking courses which covers knowledge of working of networks and functioning of routers. These information is also necessary for hacking. So, you can consider these courses as interconnected.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA
