The minimum age should be 21 years. Since CEH certificate is given by EC-COUNCIL, they have their own set of rules. According to EC-Council, here are the eligibility criteria for joining any Ethical Hacking course:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 level examination from a recognized board. The eligibility criteria might vary from institute to institute. So, students must check the same before applying for the course. The basic knowledge of computer is must for the course. Joining the Ethical hacking course after completing a Diploma or degree in computer Science or IT would be highly beneficial as it will help in better understanding

You have to study on your own only in this type of field. You can do one thing that wherever the ethical hacking or the Cyber security courses are going on you can choose that and if possible try to get in touch with that person who is expertise in this field. Like I am also in touch with somebody who is currently giving the training at Gujarat Police Cyber Cell. So you have to work hard and study books and also do some research on KALI Linux operating system. Also, command yourself on programming language as well as script language. Hope your query is resolved.
