First of all, you have to opt for B.Tech CSE to know basics about different aspects of networking, attacks, and basics of coding. Many universities offers specialised courses in B.Tech CSE for Cyber Security and related topics. You can choose for these specialised courses as well.

For becoming an ethical hacker, you need to have good computer skill rather than programming skill. You have deep knowledge about local area networks and internet connectivity procedure.
You should have the skill to access protected sites and servers.
You should have the skill to crack passwords and authentications which a server provides to its clients.
However, You can also learn or get training in ethical hacking from the reputed institutions across the country.
There are many training institutes like NIIT, JetKing, Brainware. etc.
The fee structure will be varies from 20000 to 25000 rupees for 6 months duration course.

Start with the basics: Earn your A+ certification and get a tech support position. After some experience and additional certification (network+ or CCNA) move up to a network support or administration role and then to network engineer after a few years. Next, put some time into earning security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or TICSA) and find an information security position. While you're there, try to concentrate on penetration testing and get some experience with the tools of the trade. Yes, you can. Starting from the point of view, Hacking does not requires eligibility of academics. Hacking is just a skill which requires, Coding Knowledge, Network Knowledge, Server side Scripting Knowledge, Computer Hardware Knowledge and Testing Knowledge. Coming to the part, if you saw the articles, the children around 5 -11 years of age are hacking networks, finding zero day flaws in software etc. So, this shows hacking doesn't require any academic courses.
