Cyber security course is the key course for ethical hacking. Currently, these courses are available only at Master's level in India. You require to have a Bachelor's degree in computer Science, application / IT to pursue M.Sc in cyber security. Same course is available at M.Tech level too. BE / B Tech in CSE/ IT is the entry requirement. You can undergo graduation in BCA, B.Sc or BE or B. Tech.
Following are the institutes offering M.Sc (cyber and information security)
1. IIT - Allahabad: M.Sc (Cyber Law and Information Security).

No, it is not required. Cyber security is not just about hacking. Cyber security means securing your network from being hacked, from being fished or sniffed. This includes knowledge of malware, firewalls, access lists and so on.

You can opt for BBA, BA (Hons.) in economics, BBE, CA,CS, hotel management, fashion designing, BCA, LLB, etc. As you do not have a maths background, you may have to do BCA from private universities to fulfill your IT dreams.

Jetking is good but you may also go for distance learning because many reliable institutes provide courses in ethical hacking online, which is also level vise and little cheaper too.
For the fee structure, you have to google it because it varies from institute to institute.

For being a certified best ethical hacker, first step is to learn computers at its best, specially computer languages like C+, python, etc. For this, you have to do engineering in IT or CSE by taking your base subject coding after that you can do certification in ethical hacking and can give ethical hacking exam of EHC which will give you the certification of an ethical hacker.
