Hi,
To be an educationist or an academician, you need to take up degrees like B.Sc/B.Com/B.A hons preferably from which ever stream you wish. Once you have done that you can go for Master's in the same subject. If you wish to join universities, you need to take NET and for this p.hd is also better. For schools, you will pursue B Ed or B.El.ed for elementary school teaching.
There could be other roles also possible in education these days.

There will be only personal interview after submitting the application form in that particular study center.
But you need to check the University recognition from which you would get the degree in the end of the programme.
And you can re-consider your option for university for the education and you can check this institute too:

You will have to attain minimum 60% marks in 12th standard. Further, in order to get into a good college you will have to appear for entrance tests.
