You can apply for BBA in event management once you have completed class 12 with at least 50% marks. Admissions are done through the merit list prepared on the basis of class 12 board exam results. Although the eligibility for Diploma in event management courses is 45% to 50% marks in class 12, these courses will add value to your CV if you pursue them after completing graduation.
