Yes, you can apply as its diploma course and you have to tell the college authorities about your class 12 so that you can make them assurance that you will clear or else they will put you as a lateral entry.

If you are passionate about event management, it will be better to pursue a specialised post graduation course in Event management. I would suggest you to complete your graduation in mass communication first, and then apply to one of the colleges listed on this link for post-graduation https://www.shiksha.com/articles/top-5-event-management-colleges-in-india-blogId-11139.

If you wish to pursue Certificate Program in Televised Event Management and Production from Wizcraft, you need to be a graduate or should have pursued a diploma course. If you fulfil this eligibility criterion, you can directly apply to the college for admission. The fee for the entire course is Rs 20,000.

There are no specific criteria for admission to an event management course except for the fact that you should have a business sense and an aptitude for event management. Basically, maximum classes start from June only for the new first-year batch, but some of the batches start from April only, I will suggest you check on the college website.
