Personal items like bags and mobile phones are strictly banned at all exam centers due to ensuring maximum safety with absolutely gadget-free test centers. The only allowed document inside the test centre is your ID (valid passport for Indian citizens). ETS recommends that candidates bring their registration information, but it is not required for entry.

No, you cannot present a digital copy of your IIT JAM admit card in place of the original at the exam centre. The IIT JAM admit card is a required document that acts as confirmation of your eligibility and permits you to sit for the exam. You will not be permitted to enter the exam centre or take the exam if you do not have your original admission card with you.
