Exam Eligibility

DSSSB Eligibility criteria vary as per the post a candidate applies for under the official notification. The Advanced Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an entrance examination for admission to undergraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and Science in prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs). The JEE Advanced exam is conducted by one of the IITs on behalf of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). The exam consists of two papers, each of three hours duration, which are conducted on the same day. The questions in the exam are based on the topics covered in the JEE Main exam, which is the first stage of the JEE. Only those candidates who qualify in the JEE Main exam are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The JEE Advanced exam results are based on the total marks obtained by the candidates in both papers. The results are declared online on the official website of JEE Advanced. The minimum marks required for inclusion in the merit list are known as the cutoff marks, which are determined by the JAB. The merit list is prepared based on the total marks obtained by the candidates in both papers of the JEE Advanced exam. In case of a tie between two or more candidates, the following criteria are used for merit listing:
Higher marks in Mathematics
Higher marks in Physics
Age of the candidate, with older candidates being given higher preference
The merit list is used by the participating institutions for the allocation of seats. The candidates are required to fill their choices of courses and colleges online, and the seats are allocated based on their ranks in the merit list, the availability of seats, and the candidate's preferences. In conclusion, the JEE Advanced exam results are based on the total marks obtained by the candidates in both papers. The merit list is prepared based on the total marks obtained, and tie-breaking criteria are used in case of a tie. The merit list is used by the participating institutions for the allocation of seats.

Candidates must meet the AIBE eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria includes academic qualification, registration with state bar council and others. Candidates applying for AIBE exam should have enrolled with their respective State Bar Council and possess an Advocate Card. There is no such minimum marks and age limit to appear for AIBE examination. Candidates have to pass the AIBE examination within two years from the completion of graduation. If the candidate is unable to pass the examination within two years of graduation, he/she will have to re-register/enroll with the state bar council to appear in the AIBE examination.

SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria 2023 are given below
1. SSC JHT Age Limits : The lower age limit to appear in SSC JHT Exam is 18 years and the upper age limit is 30 years. However, candidates who fall within the reserved category will be given age relaxation.
2. Educational qualifications (For Junior Translator (CSOLS) and Senior Hindi Translator) : Masters degree of a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level and, Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years' experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking. Educational qualification for Hindi Pradhyapak in Central Hindi Training Institute (CHTI) : Bachelors degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognised University or Institute plus Masters degree in any subject from a recognised University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognised University/Institute.

The eligibility criteria for the National Eligibility Test (NET) is determined by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in India. To be eligible for the NET exam, a candidate must have completed a master's degree or equivalent in the relevant field with at least 55% marks (for general category candidates) or 50% marks (for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories). So, if you have completed an MBA degree from IIBM and meet the UGC's eligibility criteria, then you can apply for the NET exam. However, if you have pursued an MBA from IIBM that is not recognised by the UGC or not equivalent to a master's degree, then you may not be eligible for the NET exam.
