The mode of the NEET SS exam is online, or computer-based. The NEET SS question paper or the subject-wise questions will be displayed on screen and candidates have to answer the questions by clicking on the correct answer option with the help of a mouse. Since the questions are objective, they need not type any answer. They will be provided sheets of paper to carry out rough work. Since NEET SS is a computer-based test and not computer-adaptive test, test-takers will be able to go through all questions and select the sequence of answering as per their convenience.

As per the feedback from students who appeared in the exam and subject experts from coaching institutes, the overall difficulty level of exam was easy to moderate. Among the three sections,  Chemistry was the easiest, followed by Physics, while Mathematics was slightly more challenging due to its length and calculation-intensive nature. The distribution of questions across topics was uneven, with some units receiving more prominence than others.

It is not compulsory for you to give an entrance exam for admission to BTech Mining Engineering course. Several reputed colleges and universities in India also admit students on the basis of the marks secured by them in Class 12 board exams. They usually take further assessment rounds like PI and GD in such cases. You can work hard for your board examination, score excellent marks, and apply to Mining Engineering colleges that offer merit-based admissions. You must check out for such colleges well in advance and then prepare accordingly.
