St. Xavier's University Kolkata accepts various national-level entrance test including MAT. Thus, canddiates seeking admission to the MBA programme can apply via valid MAT score. As per official sources, the 2025 session of MAT exam is schedueled to be held on Mar 9, 2025. Interested students can apply for the exam by visiting the official exam website.

No, St. Xavier's University accepts various national-level entrance tests for admission to the MBA programme. Thus, the university does not conduct any in-house entrance test for MBA admissions. No, BSc admission at Fergusson College is merit-based. The college conducts entrance exams for PG admissions. However, for UG admissions (BA, BSc, BVoc), admission is granted to eligible applicants based on their Class 12 merit, chosen specialisation and availability of seats. Hence, Fergusson College BSc aspirants are not required to appear for any entrance exam.

Yes, candidates can apply for admission to the M.Tech course at Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri without GATE scores. Because the college also accepts the scores of graduation/ previous academic year for admission to M.Tech courses. The eligible candidates can get admission to M.Tech courses based on merit, followed by an interview process. However, candidates who have secured a valid score in GATE are not required to appear for an interview.
