You can't give NIOS for 12th directly without passing 11th. NIOS has some eligibility criteria for admission, and one of them is that you must have passed 10th from a recognised board or equivalent. You also need to submit some documents like your 10th marksheet, identity proof, address proof, etc.

You can try the below steps to find your roll no. I am not sure if you can find but you should try.Go to cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html.On the homepage, click on 'Roll number finder'You will be redirected to a new page.Select the class - class 10 or class 12.Enter your name, name of mother and father and your date of birth.Click on the search button.If you are from state board then simply search on google for the website .
