Your chances improve significantly if you belong to a reserved category SC/ST/OBC/EWS. For general category candidates, 64 percentile may not suffice for CSE at JAC-affiliated colleges. While CSE might be out of reach with 64 percentile, you might get admission to other branches like Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering depending on your categoryI suggest you to participate in councelling, Even if the chances are slim, register for JAC Delhi counselling. You might secure a seat in lower-demand branches.

The Neotia University BTech admission is merit-based for most specialisations. Admission is granted to applicants who fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria, based on their performance in the last qualifying exam. The last qualifying exam for regular BTech admission is Class 12/equivalent examination. For lateral entry courses, the last qualifying exam is a Diploma (relevant stream of Engineering) examination. However, candidates seeking admission to the university's BTech in Marine Engineering must have a valid Rank in IMU-CET in the current year in addition to fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria.
