This has a very high difficulty for gaining admission into a CS branch in government colleges with an AIR 390,256 and EWS rank of 59,719 in JEE Mains, which would be very tough at premier NITs and IIITs whose cut-offs are pretty high in such cases for CS though there remain scopes, and that are State Government Engineering Colleges.Most of the state government engineering colleges hold some seats in reserve for students of the same state. Yes, but that is institution-specific and dependent upon the institution and its admission requirements. Some universities or colleges conduct their own entrance exams, and some colleges or universities allow admission based on merit, interviews, etc. CUET is only for central universities in India, so it is not necessary for private universities, state universities, or for colleges that have their processes. You have to check for the course- and institution-specific eligibility and admission criteria, which you must contact with the relevant authorities or check out on their official website.

NIT Rourkela's admission is highly competitive in nature. With 95 percentile and a ST rank of 46 in JEE Paper 2, you have a fair chance of getting B.Arch at NIT Rourkela but the cutoff varies every year and there may be some possibility of varaiation.

As stats for year 2024 are not released officially, in year 2023, the cutoff for computer Science was AIR 611 for the general category, AIR 562 for OBC-NCL, and AIR 416 for SC/ST/PwD in their categories in GATE CCMT for NIT Allahabad.

ASRB NET is qualifying in nature. The exam is conducted in online mode. Candidates need to answer a total of 150 questions within two hours and each question carries one mark. There is a negative marking system in the exam of 1/3 mark for each incorrect answer.

I think you must have to prioritize one of them, like boards first or JEE exam first, and focus on one of them more sincerely but with decent preparation. Most people spend most of the time in preparing for competitive exams and a decent score of 75 percent in boards.

Yes, you can appear for the NIOS Public Exam 2025 as you have completed 10th and 12th and you meet the eligibility criteria (you must be at least 15 years old). You may not be eligible for some colleges due to lower marks in 12th, but you may get some good colleges.
