Yes, you will get a piece of very coarse paper for the solving during the UGC NET examination. Blank sheets to make rough work inside the examination room will be given by NTA. The important aspect that you need to learn about is that you're not allowed to carry anything as paper or stationery within the exam center but get everything provided there at the examination venue itself. Candidates are supposed to submit the rough sheets to the invigilator upon the completion of the test. This enables you to perform calculations for logical reasoning and data interpretation without any hassle in the test.

Yes, IPU CET entrance examination is solely for B.Tech programme admissions to the specific areas in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Nevertheless, it needs to be acknowledged that large numbers of students get B.Tech admission mainly due to the marks secured through JEE Main. But the IPU CET scores are taken for the special courses, namely B.Tech in Biotechnology along with some more specialised fields. Hence, if you want to do B.Tech from GGSIPU, you must check the specific requirements of your programme to find out if you need to take IPU CET.

Focus on key subjects like Biology, Physics, and Chemistry for the GNM nursing entrance exam at Government Medical Institute, Kolkata. These subjects are the fundamentals of the syllabus. English is also to be improved with regard to comprehension and grammar. General knowledge and current affairs are also sometimes included; therefore, being updated in them is a good practice. Practicing previous years' question papers and taking mock tests will familiarize you with the format of the exams and help improve your time management skills. So a well-rounded study plan over these areas will surely ensure success in the entrance exam.
