This makes your percentile extremely low. As CSE is a branch of pretty high demand, it is difficult for you to get it even in the tier-3 colleges. However you can get a seat if you go for any other branch like civil / mechanical.You can only get admission in private colleges like galgotia, Amity, Sharda.

You might find it tough getting admission into the B. Tech IT program at Dwarkadas J. Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering offers B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) for candidates who qualified through Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET).
