The SSC CGL Tier 1 test consists of 4 sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. All these sections have 50 questions. Each question is for 2 marks. In total, the test is to be completed in 60 minutes, and the maximum score would be 200. Negative marking is applicable at every wrong answer, and for that, 0.5 marks are deducted. Unattempted questions are not deduced. The Tier 1 exam is computer-based, and the candidate should score well in all areas of the test to qualify to take the Tier 2 exam.

The Engineering Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test conducted by the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments is one of the exams that is taken by a large number of students. Admissions are done in various programs in various colleges depending on the rank scored in the test.
