Yes, it is possible to study in Germany without IELTS as several universities in Germany accept IELTS band scores between 4.5-6.5. On average, most institutions in the country accept anything between 6-6.5 IELTS. Some institutions accept IELTS 5.5 as well.

IELTS is a preferred test while some universities also accept TOEFL scores. On the off-chance, that you are applying for a course taught in German Language, then you need not write the IELTS. Instead, you would have to write a German Language Test. Both Test DAF and DSH are widely accepted German Language Tests.

For the UP Board Class 12 compartment exams, you are allowed to appear for the exams in one or two subjects in which you did not pass. If you fail in more than two subjects, you will need to reappear for the entire board exam the following year

Allahabad University BCom admission is carried out on entrance score basis. The university accept CUET-UG scores for selection. Candidates who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria and have a valid score of CUET can apply.
