It issues the cutoff for UPSC CAPF in different categories for individual candidates. The cutoff ranges will be declared on the basis of a written exam, PST (Physical Standards Test), and MST (Medical Standards Test). Different categories comprise General, OBC, SC, ST, and EWS. The number of cutoff points for individual categories will change with variations in the difficult level of the exam or the availability of vacancies in the seats. The cutoff marks of each stage, namely the written exam, physical tests, and final selection, are separately disclosed by UPSC after its declaration.

If you have secured CSE at VIT Vellore and a COMEDK rank of 654, then both options are strong, but your choice depends on your priorities. VIT Vellore is a highly reputed private institution with excellent infrastructure, industry connections, and higher placement opportunities, especially in CSE. However, if one would rather be studying in Bangalore, then RV College of Engineering and BMS College of Engineering are also of high standard with good reputations for CSE and stable placements. If location is of major concern, as are closeness to tech hotbeds, then go with RVCE or BMS; otherwise, take the solid all-round experience VIT prov

With a percentile of 84.757991 in JEE Mains, one may find it tough to get admission in the CS branch in top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, or NIT Surathkal, whose cutoffs normally are much higher. In other NITs also, CS or related branches may be possible, provided category, gender, and home state quota permit this. It is always advisable to check the JoSAA counseling cutoff trends for a particular year to see whether any NITs grant admission to CS with that percentile.

With a TS EAMCET rank of 16,600, you can likely secure admission to B.Tech programs in government and private colleges, although top branches like Computer Science may be competitive. You may have options at university colleges such as Osmania University and JNTU Hyderabad in branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Private colleges like Vardhaman College of Engineering, CVR College, MGIT, and Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology could also offer seats in less competitive branches. It's advisable to participate in the counseling process to check specific cutoff trends and branch availability.

Based on the available information, with an OBC category rank of 100,000 and considering the home state quota, securing admission to the Electrical Engineering programme at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA Faridabad, appears challenging. In the 2023 admissions, the closing rank for OBC candidates in the Electrical Engineering programme under the home state quota was 99,685. Since your rank is slightly higher than this cutoff, it may be difficult to secure a seat in this program. However, cutoff ranks can vary each year based on factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, and overall perfor
