If you have already finished your M.Tech from an IIT, you are usually exempted from appearing for GATE for a PhD programme in most institutes and even IITs. Several IITs as well as other research-oriented institutes relax the GATE requirement for M.Tech holders, particularly from IITs, considering that you have a strong academic record and research potential. However, the general rules for PhD admission vary from institute to institute and department to department. It is prudent to check the individual PhD admission guidelines of the IIT or other institutes you're interested in to confirm whether any other entrance exams or qualifications are needed.

With a rank of 36,750 in TS EAMCET, getting a free (sponsored by the government) seat for Agriculture or Pharmacy in top colleges would not be possible. You still have chances in lower rank or private colleges with the government quota. The Government quota seats for Agriculture and Pharmacy are usually allocated considering the rank and category that is General, SC, ST, OBC respectively. You can go through options in government and affiliated private colleges offering the same, which also enlist the counselling process for your rank range and seat availability. It would be apt to be well-updated regarding the counselling schedule and the seat allocation procedure.

Revision and concept strengthening should be your main priorities in the last days before JEE. Give important subjects like calculus, organic chemistry, mechanics, and electrostatics top priority. To increase confidence and time management, complete past years' papers and take practice exams. Examine your errors and focus on your areas of weakness. Review formulas, theorems, and shortcuts rather than studying new subjects. Remain composed, follow a well-balanced schedule, and take brief intervals to clear your head. Get enough sleep to be alert and keep a pleasant outlook. Have faith in your preparation, maintain your concentration, and approach the test with clarity and assurance.
