First of all you have to pass 10th and plus two .minimum 90-120 NATA score  is required for admission .But this will change from year to year according to examination.

If you think that your current scores are not better than the last scores on teh PTE test, then, you can choose to share your previous scores with the universities, within the 2 years of time after those scores have been allotted to you. Once your PTE scores get expired (after 2 years of the release of scores), you will not be able to use them.

After you share your scores with the universities abroad, it will take around 48 hours for the universities to be able to see those scores. Note that the universities will only be able to see the scores that you have shared and no previous scores will be shared with them.

No, the university you select to choose your scores with can only see the PTE scores that you have shared. Universities can only see the scores that you choose to share of them and none of your previous scores will be shown.
