Passing the CLAT exam without studying is highly unlikely, as it requires focused preparation to secure a good score. While some candidates might rely on prior knowledge or instincts, achieving success without adequate study is rare and risky. To pass CLAT, it's crucial to have a solid understanding of the syllabus, especially in Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, English, Current Affairs, and Quantitative Techniques. Skipping preparation may result in weak performance. Regular practice with mock tests, previous year papers, and staying updated with current affairs will enhance your chances of success in the exam.

The CLAT exam is conducted only in English. All questions, including those in the sections like Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, English Language, Current Affairs, and Quantitative Techniques, are presented in English. Therefore, a strong grasp of the English language, particularly reading comprehension and vocabulary, is essential for success. While the exam is conducted in English, candidates can still answer the questions in the provided language of choice, but understanding the exam's language is crucial for clear comprehension and accurate answers. Preparing in English will give you an edge for the CLAT exam.

If you are an IIT graduate with a BTech degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering and have an overall CGPA of 8 and above or more than 75% marks, you can get direct admission for M.Tech Communications Engineering. Not all IITs offer this exemption so you need to check at their official website to confirm the same. IIT Delhi does offer this option to IIT graduates. Having said that, rest of the candidates must have a valid GATE score for admission to M.Tech Communications Engineering at the top IITs in India.

In the CLAT exam, Legal Reasoning generally carries the maximum weightage, contributing around 35-39 questions. This section tests your ability to understand and apply legal principles in various scenarios, which is crucial for law aspirants. Next in importance is English Language, followed by Current Affairs, which includes general knowledge and legal updates. Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Techniques also play significant roles but typically have fewer questions compared to Legal Reasoning. To score well, prioritize Legal Reasoning by practicing case-based questions and ensuring a solid understanding of legal principles.
