Yes, students must appear for an entrance exam to get admission to BArch at IIEST Shibpur. For BArch admissions at IIEST, the admission test is based on scores acquired by candidates through the JEE Main exams, followed by the counselling process. A set of documents to be verified must be presented once a student is selected from this counselling process and meets the eligibility requirements set forth by the Shibpur campus. This process, therefore, creates a merit-based and structured entry system for aspiring Architecture students.
