E-MBA is an online course whereas MBA is a classroom course. I would recommend you regular MBA from a good B-school.

It depends from where you do it. If you do it a full time E-MBA from XLRI, ISB or IIMs then definitely you can get a package between 22L to 30L in any company that you name. If you do it from the institute like JBIMS, FMS or NMIMS (2 years to 3 years program), you won't get any placement support but can get good learning and exposure.

Hi,
Couple of EMBA programs can waive it off depending on the candidate's qualifications and work experience. Applicants with more than 10 years' work experience can have a waiver. Check ISB PGPMAX, Duke Fuqua EMBA, Cornell EMBA, NYU EMBA, NUS UCLA Asian EMBA. Many blended and online EMBA programs can also be considered.

Yes, at present, IIM and ISB offer such program you are not eligible for IIM as they prefer with 5 years experience and above cost around 30 lakhs and average package is 23 lakhs. ISB prefers people with experience only course fee approx 40 lakhs and package approx 25 lakhs.
