If he is in confusion to choose the right field in MBA programme, I would recommend that he should opt for Job experience and get the knowledge of professional life and see how the market work and his caliber will be applicable in which domain.
Don't take any option right now whether its regular or executive mode.

Executive MBA is a good option generally for those who have a work experience of 4 years. You can very well go for Full-time MBA now. 2 years is apt for opting full-time MBA.

You need to appear for GMAT exam. You can apply for executive MBA in college like:
1. ISB – Hyderabad.
2. Great Lakes.
3. IIMs.
A score around 700 is a decent score to get calls from top B-schools.

Hello Pawan,
I would suggest you to pursue MBA over E-MBA as acceptance of E-MBA is still not that much in corporate. You cannot apply for higher studies like Ph.D after executive MBA. Considering your profile, you should choose MBA in project management.
