You need to appear for GMAT exam. If you have a work experience of 4 years then you have a good profile to pursue executive MBA. Institutes like SP Jain, ISB-Hyderabad, Great Lakes, Chennai are known for 1-year executive MBA apart from IIMs - B/L/A/C/I.

IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Udaipur, Kozhikode are the best. You may consider ISB and XLRI as they offer best in class placements with IIMs.

It is totally worth from brands like IIM, Kozhikode where you can get senior management roles with hefty salaries at good companies. The ROI is very good and you only need one year for the course.
