Hello,
I may not be the best person to guide you on this aspect. However, the test consists of Management aptitude and general awareness questions. You should prepare accordingly for this test. Also, an interview is conducted for the final selection.

Hello Nishant,
FMS doesn't conduct placements for the executive program. The sole purpose of executive MBA is that people already have jobs and they want to do MBA in part time.

E-MBA is better than PGDM because it is only a 1 year course and as you are have 6 yrs of work experience then EMBA will help you in your career growth. The course structure of EMBA is designed as such that it covers all areas of management. Apart from this EMBA is a regular degree and PGDM is a diploma and degree have high value as compared to diploma. PGDM course is also good but it will be of 2 years duration and if will include a particular subject of management like either marketing, finance, HR etc. E-MBA comprises for all and a best option for working professionals.

IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indore, Lucknow have One year full time MBA for candidates having minimum 5 years experience. If you are willing to leave your job for one year, this is the best option. Executive MBA's or Part time MBA cannot match the value of Full time MBAs.

If You wish to continue in IT better opt foe certifications in the current field of career. if you mean to say full time executive MBA it is available only for people with at least 15 years work experience in top b schools. no point on doing it from.other low grade institute. if you want to do it part time then do it from a very reputed institutes like FM'S Delhi, JBIMS, KJ Somaiya, N L Dalmia etc. do not do any distance MBA
