It is good to hear that you want to pursue further education to enhance your career growth prospects. Yes MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. However, keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher. You could also explore Executive MBA / Part time MBA.

You have not specified the college you are seeking admission to. But I see that you have a Diploma. Unfortunately, Diploma is not considered as a graduation course. The minimum requirement for applying to MBA is, the candidate must have completed his/her Bachelor's degree with 50% of marks from a recognised university.

According to me, NIBM is good for E-MBA program because in E-MBA we have to get frequently in spoken to face or challenged the grab the job and it also hikes the salary during facing the interview in any organization, which is private, public or government sector.

Normally, the starting salary is INR. 3.5 Lacs to INR. 4 Lacs.
