Executive MBA is often offered to professionals who have worked in managerial level for 4-5 years. And, Diploma is not equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. You need a Bachelor's degree to get admission in MBA programs.

You have not specified the college you are seeking admission to. But I see that you have a Diploma. Unfortunately, Diploma is not considered as a graduation course. The minimum requirement for applying to MBA is, the candidate must have completed his/her Bachelor's degree with 50% of marks from a recognised university.

According to me, NIBM is good for E-MBA program because in E-MBA we have to get frequently in spoken to face or challenged the grab the job and it also hikes the salary during facing the interview in any organization, which is private, public or government sector.
