Dear Ranjan,
The Best College for Executive MBAs (after IIMs) are FMS Delhi, Indian Institute of Finance, IITs, and Delhi School of Economics. The specialization you should choose depends on your area of interest and kind of work experience do you have. I suggest Guru Nanak Khalsa. The college has helpful and experienced teachers, good infrastructure and placements. Placements: The placement cell of this college has been quite successful over the years. It makes sure that students get the best job opportunities and the best packages. This college makes sure that all the reputed companies recruit the most efficient and potential students, while the placement cell ensures that students get placed in the best companies with high packages. Infrastructure :The only drawback of the college is its small campus.

It will be better for you to opt for the IIMs as there is more scope for the MBA in this field as in those colleges you can get a good post in your own field and also in good MNC, here in IIT also you can also find many good MNCs but not in your core branch.

Executive MBA is meant for professionals who wish to continue working with their current organisations or the organizations which had given them a break to complete MBA and return back again as a full time employee. So, there is no campus hiring process for Executive MBA.
