Hi Sandeep,
Here's is the eligibility criteria to get into an Executive MBA at a top IIM. A Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline (Minimum 15 years of study as per the education system in India)
A graduate should have minimum 4-7 years of full time work experience post qualification
A post graduate should have minimum 4-6 years of full time work experience
A good GMAT Score with Leadership profile
So, you aren't eligible for the same. Sorry. Hope it helps.

You can actually go for Executive MBA. If you wish to continue working while studying, it's the best option. There are few colleges in India which offers Executive MBA with 3 years of experience and some offers with 5 years of experience. You just need to clear their entrance exams. Your profile would also be considered.

Most of the reputed colleges in India offers Executive MBA only after 5 years of work experience. Some offers with 3 years of experience. Secondly, you need to give entrance exams to get into B-schools. Along with that your profile will also be considered.
