FMS will release notification for admissions every year in the prescribed months (for the exact date just visit the FMS site regularly) and while coming to the selection process first the candidate should score 95% or above to qualify for that, CAT weightage will be of 40% and later you will called for GD-PI round, you should also have a work experience of minimum 2 years to get into it and the GD-PI rounds will consist of some weightage if you perform well in those rounds you will be called for a certificate verification process and after that if everything is okay.

There is no particular slab of packages mentioned anywhere, as per the level of education you pursue. It is a wrong expectations with the students in India that the more the education level is, the more package will be offered to that candidate. But it's all myth. You should complete UG with more than 50%. You need to have at least 5 years of work experience and good bank balance to pay the hefty fee if you want to do it from a good college.
