Benefits of EMBA over Regular MBA:
Your professional experience and expertise become parts of the fabric of the curriculum. EMBA programs offer full immersion training with out of classroom learning and extensive faculty & student/team interaction. It is a more intensive course in a short time, where you will have the chance to be among the peers across fields with career graph stage similar to yours. You can ask for company sponsorship for EMBA and take a study leave without even quitting the job.

Hello Abhay,
Executive MBA is invariably a one year abridged course for professionals already serving. However, for pursuing Ph.D one needs to do a minimum of two years PG course. Hence if you have done normal MBA of two years you would be eligible for pursuing Ph.D.

Well, the first thing is MBA and PGDM are almost same courses. And Executive PGDM is equal to both of them just the difference is that Executive MBA/PGDM is for the personnel who were already working in organization and want to do an MBA along with their job.
