Hi Praveen, As long as you are pursuing your B.Com you should continue to work as Junior Sales Executive. After completion, you should opt for MBA. If you don't have any financial problem, then my advice would be that you should go for regular MBA rather than a distance one. Regular classroom programme is preferred over distance programme in the industry. Also ICICI and other major banks have their own MBA programme in banking and financial management. Any graduate student with atleast 50% marks can do PART Time or Distance MBA. However, for executive MBA atleast 3 years of work experience are mandatory. Eligible students can directly enroll on the university website or by visiting their authorized study center.

Hello,
No, it is not possible without a graduation degree. For a full-time MBA programme from a reputed college you must be needing a graduation degree for the MBA. Also, I would like to suggest that you can even get a non-attending degree from IGNOO in any of the programmes for graduation and can apply for MBA in the next coming years.
