Hi,
You are pretty much eligible for pursuing CS programme because the basic eligibility for applying in this course is the candidate should clear 10 + 2 exams. Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10 + 2 awaiting the result. Students who have cleared CA-CPT or have cleared CMA foundation exams or student who have Masters degree in any discipline other than fine arts can appear in CS foundation exam.

Hi,
Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is mandatory for the following:
Students who have qualified Higher Secondary examination. Candidates who possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates who hold a master's degree in any discipline.
Candidates who possess any professional qualification.
So, as you can see, Common Proficiency Test is mandatory for every individual willing to pursue Chartered Accountancy course and will remain so unless the proposal is approved by the union government. First, you have to decide whether you are going to attempt both modules/groups or single module/groups at a time. It totally depends on you and your plan. The last date for CS Executive Registration for December 2018 was 28th Feb 2018 and for June 2018 was 31st August 2017. Since you have missed the dates, you can wait and apply next year. Do keep these dates in mind as the dates will be similar for next year as well.
