After gaining experience the educational qualifications doesn't matter. The important thing is work experience, skills and abilities. Executive MBA and MBA are the same. Although in some cases regular MBA is given importance rather than part time MBA but that also in initial phase. In long run future only your experience will matter.

Working in Sales and Marketing in any company is a very challenging job because of high targets to meet and with not-so lucrative salary. This is not limited only to ICICI bank, but in all companies in general. For such job roles, you need to be dedicated and should not constrain yourself for an 8 or 10 hour job. You should always be looking for opportunities to accomplish your targets anytime and in any situation.

Hi,
Master in Business Administration (MBA) is two years degree course in the field of management. In India MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a Business School affiliated to any university. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.
