The average placement package for an MCA graduate from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is around INR 8 LPA, with a range of INR 3–4 LPA to INR 16 LPA. Around 50–60% of students get placed.  Here are some other placement statistics for BHU:  In 2022, the median package for PG 2-year placements was INR 8 LPA.  In 2022, the placement rate for PG 3-year placements was 91%.  In 2024, the highest package for MBA placements was INR 23.5 LPA, and the average package was INR 11.1 LPA.

Students pursuing a course from the Faculty of Law are open to scholarships. All the blind students receive an amount of INR 5,000 per annum per head as financial assistance (to a maximum of 20 blind students). Students must meet the criteria to avail the scholarship benefits.

Yes, Faculty of Law, BHU accepts CUET-PG score for admission to LLB (Hons) programme. Besides, candidates must also fulfil the eligibility requirements for LLB (Hons) admission. Aspirants must pass BA/ BSc/ BCom./ Shastri with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for Faculty of BHU, LLB (Hons) programme. Selected candidates are further called for paying the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Yes, Banaras Hindu University accepts JEE Main scores. Scores from JEE Mains are accepted for admission to its engineering programs. There are various engineering courses offered there which requires JEE Main scores.However, the exact admission criteria and weightage given to JEE Main scores can vary.

After completing LLM from University of Calcutta, Faculty of Law, the candidates can find jobs in both public and private sectors. The university has 42 seats for the LLM course. Faculty of Law, CU LLM seat allotment process is carried out through e-counselling. The seats are allotted based on the applicants scores in the CULET-UG examination. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

The admission to the LLM programme is done on the basis of applicants scores in the Calcutta University Law Entrance Test (CULET-UG) scores. Candidates seeking admission are thus required to register and apply to take the test. Before filling out the form, aspirants must check out the eligibility requirements. Candidates who get shortlisted based on exam score have to participate in the e-counselling round. In this round, the seat allotment is done followed by which the fee payment can be done for admission confirmation.

In order to submit the application form successfully, candidates are required to pay the application fee amount. Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta LLM application fee is INR 500 for the general and EWS category candidates. Additionally, the fee is INR 250 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD categories. The course fee can be paid via the provided bill desk link.
