No, candidates can not get admission to the Faculty of Law at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) without a CUET score for majority of the courses, such as B.A. LLB (Hons), LLM, and LLB (Hons). Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) admission is both merit and entrance-based. Eligible aspirants are offered seats based on their CUET rank of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University offers admission to UG and PG courses based on CUET-UG and CUET-PG, respectively. The selection for PG Diploma course is based on graduation score of the candidates. Faculty of Law, BHU does not offer direct admission and aspirants need to fulfil both eligibility and selection requirements for admission. Once selected, candidates need to participate in the BHU Counselling and seat allotment.

Candidates need to pass BA/ BSc/ BCom./ Shastri with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University LLB (Hons). As per directive of the Bar Council of India, aspirants who have obtained Class 12 or graduation/ Post-graduation via open Universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission in Law Courses.
