The seats at Faculty of Computer Applications, MRIIRS are divided into two categories - general and reserved. There are 85% of seats that fall in the general category. The Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies may follow the guidelines of state or central government for seat reservation. It may have reserved seats for the students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) as per the government regulations. There are a total of 80 seats for the BSc courses at FMS, MRIIRS. Wherein, 40 each are available for the two BSc courses. The institute carries out the seat allotment procedure based on applicants scores in MRNAT exam. Apart from this, the candidate must be fulfilling the course-specific eligibility requirements.

The students after filling out the admission form are required to pay the registration fee. It is INR 1,200 for all the courses offered by the institute. The fee payment shall be accepted via credit card/debit card/net banking. Aspirants must keep the fee payment receipt safe with them for future references.
