Faculty of Management Studies does not have any hostel of it's own, but you can stay in the 2-3 hostels allotted for FMS students by DU. The most notable of them is VKRV Rao hostel which accommodates around 50 FMS students per year.
Hostel accommodation facilities are available to the students of MBA (Full-Time) Programme at the Post Graduate hostels of the University of Delhi.
The students should directly contact the office of the concerned hostel and apply according to their admission procedures well in time.

Do not worry.
Usually, the placements preferences in colleges are given to brighter students and then coming down.
If you are not able to get placements through your college due to poor performance. You can apply for jobs through Placement Agencies / Newspaper Job searches / Job search portals like Naukri.
Here your poor marks are not considered for jobs. You will get a good job.
All the best.

90th percentile is not that difficult a target to achieve. Based on last year's paper, if a student had attempted ~25 questions in Verbal, ~12 in DILR and ~20 in Quant, he/she would have scored 90th percentile in each. With good preparation of fundamentals and rigorous practice, this is a very achievable target. I am going to jot down a few critical things to keep in mind while preparing.
Prepare from basics - No fancy shortcuts and gimmicks
Try to take some coaching from nearby CAT coaching centres. They will help you a lot in preparation.
